  • Charleston Fantasy Society is a community for lovers of fantasy, folklore, books, faerie tales, magical aesthetics, and immersive experiences. Our events are designed to bring fantasy to life through themed gatherings, creativity, and connection.

  • Not at all! Costumes and fantasy-inspired attire are encouraged but never required. Whether you arrive in full fae regalia, a favorite fantasy-inspired outfit, or everyday clothing, you'll be welcome.

  • Absolutely. You don't need to know anyone, read a specific book, or be part of the fantasy community already. Many attendees come on their own and leave with new friends.

  • Refund & Ticket Transfer Policy

    Due to the nature of event planning, venue commitments, catering, and limited seating, all ticket sales are subject to the following policy:

    • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event are eligible for a 25% refund.

    • Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event, including day-of cancellations and no-shows, are non-refundable.

    Tickets may be transferred to another guest at any time before the event. To transfer a ticket, please email us the new guest's name and contact information.

    If the event is canceled by the host, guests will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their ticket to a future event.
