Charleston Fantasy Society is a community for lovers of fantasy, folklore, books, faerie tales, magical aesthetics, and immersive experiences. Our events are designed to bring fantasy to life through themed gatherings, creativity, and connection.

Not at all! Costumes and fantasy-inspired attire are encouraged but never required. Whether you arrive in full fae regalia, a favorite fantasy-inspired outfit, or everyday clothing, you'll be welcome.

Absolutely. You don't need to know anyone, read a specific book, or be part of the fantasy community already. Many attendees come on their own and leave with new friends.

Refund & Ticket Transfer Policy

Due to the nature of event planning, venue commitments, catering, and limited seating, all ticket sales are subject to the following policy:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event are eligible for a 25% refund.

• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event, including day-of cancellations and no-shows, are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another guest at any time before the event. To transfer a ticket, please email us the new guest's name and contact information.

If the event is canceled by the host, guests will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their ticket to a future event.
